USE OUR SPACE

Whether you're hosting a student org dinner, a winter dance, or a movie night, ThreeHouse has room for you! Check our calendar for availability and fill out the form below.

Spaces typically available around our building include: the dining room,  kitchen, game room, chapel, front patio, and courtyard.

Building Accessibility

Unfortunately, our building is not 100% accessible. It's a work in progress! Please let us know by email or phone if you have any questions or concerns regarding accessibility.

Main Floor

Our main floor—which contains the LOBBY, CHAPEL, a single-stall non-gendered restroom, and staff offices—can be reached via the front door (on College Street), which can be accessed via ramp and wave-to-open automatic doors. There is additionally a side door on 25th Street that is accessed by a single step up with no handrail outside, and then multiple stairs up with a handrail on one side once inside, with an additional non-automatic door at the top of the steps.

Basement/Downstairs

The basement—where the KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, and multi-stall gendered restrooms are located—can only be accessed via multiple stairs with a handrail on one side.

Upstairs

The GAME ROOM is located upstairs, and can only be accessed via multiple stairs with a handrail on one side. There are an additional two steps up into the Game Room that do not have an attached handrail.

Outside

Our outside spaces include the FRONT PATIO and the grassy COURTYARD along 25th Street. The front patio can be accessed via ramp, and the green space in the courtyard is level with the sidewalk.

Parking

Additionally, our parking lot is for staff and resident use ONLY. If you are driving to our building, please make use of street parking on the surrounding streets (including on 25th, Olive, Seerly, etc.) and pay attention to parking restrictions posted on city signage. There are two designated accessible parking spaces on the corner of 25th and College. We also have a bike rack located to the right of our side entrance on 25th Street.
